My Friends

My world is falling apart
these walls are crumbling down
all the people who once loved me
cannot look at me without a frown
ever since you've gone
everything's gone downhill from there
now this pain within my soul
is way too much to bare
you no longer talk to me
you can't even spare a glance
just already remember one thing
I gave you a THIRD chance
you know how much I loved you
and it's like you didn't even care
I'm so happy that though all that
my friends were always there
without them my life would be meaningless
and I would cease to breathe at all
without my friends by my side
my life would surely fall
I'm thankful to have them here
to heal my broken soul
I love my friends so very much
so my world remains whole
