Hateful Love

by darxtar   Oct 17, 2006

Shivering cold in a blanket of fire
My eyes are unseeing in a room of desire
Staring, not frightened, in the face of my doom
Calmly alive lying trapped in my tomb
My mouth is still parched after a drink
After the problem is solved I continue to think
My heart is not beating but still I live on
Everything's backwards now that you're gone.
