You Turned My Sky Blue

Most of you know my girlfriend Becky...she's the most amazing girl in the entire world. My feelings for her are basically summarized in this poem. But really, all that matters is that we're in love, and that, is a wonderful feeling.

You know that very first day I met you
was the very first day, that my sky was blue
the very first day my roses turned red
and since then, you've been always in my head

Like an epic sunrise in the early morning
when I'm not around you, I'm mourning
for every second without you is a waste
You're the first girl, I have ever chased

It's really quite crazy, how similar we are
for you I'd go to the earths ends, so far
if it meant I could feel you in my arms again
if I'll stop loving you, I don't know when

All that matters in my life now is you
because now, this love I've found is true
if we're not together you're my only thought
and on those lonely days, all that I've got

True love can bend, but will never break
just thoughts of ending make my heart ache
I wanna be with you until the end of time; forever
ever since May 21st 2005, we've been here together

And still the day I first laid eyes upon on you
remains perfect in my mind, all the way through
and that first kiss we shared, was my favorite day
true words, I Love You, are all I really have to say

Remember Becky, you turned my sky blue
I love all of you, all the way through
I'm seeing in color now, because I know love
and I can now understand, what true love does

    Aww I can relate more then ever! I love it! lol its very descriptive and its nice how you use her name and exact dates. I really like how you say: "Like an epic sunrise in the early morning"

    It portrays a clear image in my head, which of coarse is always a plus ;) And I feel the same way in my relationship.

    Wow, im speechless, your devotion for becky is litterally oosing out of your words, i love this poem i love your first stanza, its what caught my attention to continue to read. my guy is amazing but he isnt as deep as you, he only loves me with half of his heart, another girl occupies the empty space. i just wish he would love me with his whole heart, like i am in love with him, i hope you and becky have a happy realashonship. because most of us just wish he had your luck. anyways i have said enough,
