I Can't Love You

I can't hate you anymore,
But I can't love you like I did before.
I'm so stuck in between,
Looking beyond this, what does it mean?

It begins again with a soft, gentle cry,
But inside I scream out, begging why.
With a lost broken love my soul pleads,
With deep regret, my heart bleeds.

Where are you now, now that you've gone away,
You left me in a confusion to ponder everyday.
But I dry my eyes and lie down to rest,
With hope and love, I still wish you the best.
