This is our last, day together
These are the times, I'll remember
Everyday in class
All the notes we'd pass
All the laughs we shared
Every project we were paired
Will we remember all those times on the phone
We'd talk about how much homework we'd have to get done
And the field trips we take
And the friendships that would brake
Today we have to separate our fights
We have to realize this is the last night
The last time for sharing tears, the last time we shared our fears
Cuz were moving on and there's no way to stop
All the Mondays of waking up tired
But now we have worry about getting fired
Times are changing
We are rearranging
And there's no way to stop
We always bragged about how much we hated schools
Now we realize that we were all fools
We miss our friends and life and love
We miss the laughs, the cries, the hugs
But you can't turn back because that's life
We're focusing on getting a husband or wife
I miss the days where there were nerds and geeks
I miss the days where there were rockers and freaks
The lunches where we would sit and eat
The tests that we would cheat
Every person who you talked to
Everyone you ever knew
Is just a dot that went by
And it makes me sit here and cry
Just to tell you about those days
Where school was like a vacation in many ways
Even though
we don't see all the people we used to know
I remember
Everything we shared together
We were put in 1 school
In one home to live in
We eventually moved
But this time it's forever and I'm wishing
That one day I'll go to visit the school I more time
And sit and remember everything we had tried
From the writing on desks
To the cafeteria mess
To the heavy books
And the weird looks
The boring school work
And the class jerk
But after we all leave I just want you guys to know
That when I move on
Our memories will be with me wherever I go
