Crossroads. [Lyrics]

Crossroads.

[Verse 1]
I've got my six string and a bag of clothes
As I drive on down these old dirt roads
With my foot pressing the pedal to the floor
The clock on the dash read a quarter past four.

[Verse 2]
Dust swirls up behind my old Chevrolet
Wheels spinning to the sound of George Strait.
These old country songs get me through the night
As my home town fades out of my sight

[Chorus]
And those California lights will shine with my name
At every crossroad on my way to fame
'Cause the world just opened wide for me and my old guitar
Awaiting my golden star on Hollywood Boulevard.

[Verse 3]
There's an old apartment that's just a few more miles
Overlooking fifth avenue on Sun Swept Isles
And the street lights shine down on me
As I walk up to the door engraved thirty-one B.

[Chorus]
And those California lights will shine with my name
At every crossroad on my way to fame
'Cause the world just opened wide for me and my old guitar
Awaiting my golden star on Hollywood Boulevard.

...And those California lights will shine with my name
At every crossroad on my way to fame.

- - I know they're not that great, but any help on fixing them would be appreciated by me and the person attempting to sing them. - -

To be honest, I wouldn't change a thing. I really liked this song, Jenna. ;P Very nicely done, seriously. The chorus got me hooked straight away, it was very catchy. Tehe! Awesome job! Keep it up! 5/5
