Among the reef

by Mark   Oct 18, 2006

As I swim down to the depths of the ocean,
I find myself in the warm rays of the sun beaming on top of me.
I swim above the colourfull fish,
As I reach out with my hand and stroke one.

The beautiful colours on the reefs off the coast,
Greens, blues, oranges, yellows, reds, purples and all,
Gleaming into my eyes,
As a slight smile appears on my face.

The amazing habitats of the ocean creatures have finally been revealed to me,
Right before my own eyes I see how each creature lives.
The beautiful reef is full of life,
Full of movement and beautiful creatures.

The experience is like no other,
Inside crystal clear water, as blue as can be.
Among thousands of creatures,
I take in every moment as all are special to me.
