Moving On

Living in a world full of fears,
with so many of those things called tears.
So many nights spent just thinking,
with my heart continuously sinking.

Sometimes life gets so horribly bad,
and you somehow always find a reason to be mad.
I can't go on like this,
can't continue missing your kiss.

I have to break free,
from what reality used to be.
I have to put the past aside
and teach my feeling to hide.

You told me that I must move on
and forget about our relationship long gone.
I can't allow myself to be hurt some more.
My heart has been too sore.

I will forget about our special love,
and move on peaceful like a dove.
I will forget about you,
and find myself someone new.

You are not going to be on my mind.

even though I don't know how this I will do,
