Shes gone

I never saw those tears when i turned and walked away. The absence of those tears said much more than words could say.

Those are the words that go on in my head.

As i lay here daydreaming alone on my bed.

I think of her every day

but i guess thats OK

shes with someone else now , its a lot to take in.

I look in the mirror, I watch it crack. I look for some truth, or what i must lack

I found another girl today and dumped her just like that
I threw her away like a mouldy old hat

The one i find, the one whos right is never right it seems i long for her to love me but she loves me in my dreams

The girl i really love shouldnt have left me now i am but a root left with no tree

As the wind blows i sing my final song
the one i loved has long since gone
