Hypocrit

Marriage isn't easy
filled with pain and fears
but marriage is supposed to last
when you made it for ten years

what could happen now
that we haven't seen before
i guess after so long
you don't want me anymore

marriage gives you patience
marriage gives you joy
marriage give a you divorce
when your wife gets a new boy

why is it when you cheated
she stuck in there with you
but now that she is cheating
the relationship is through

i know i have double standards
it's not how i want to be
just shows that I'm a hypocrite
when the finger is pointed at me

i really do miss my wife
i miss the time we had
don't want another in my life
rather be lonely and sad

she wants to come home
mistakes are not of the heart
why i can't reconcile
and give our love a new start

what will happen at this point
only the father truly knows
if our marriage he doesn't re-anoint
