In Dreams...

by Rad   Oct 20, 2006

Winter snow so damp and cold
Fire flames burn so bright.
Floorboards creak and time grows old,
The moon overhead lends her light.

In dreams tonight everything is right,
And in dreams tonight she sees him smile.
And in her blankets so snug and tight,
She sees him walking.. walking a mile.

In dreams you can wish all you please,
For in dreams, everything seems real.
And in dreams everything is right,
And he is with her, all through the night.

But when morning comes,
Her dreams will disappear
And all during the day,
She's left in despair.

For only in her dreams,
Can she be with him.
And only in her dreams,
She can call him her own.
