Grandmother

Another year of my life
tomorrow I get to restart
and try to end my strife
Many serenade me
they bid great happiness
and many miracles to see
Its so crazy how time flys
I look at old photos and
find that I have my
Grandmothers eyes
She's the one who made my day
streamers,family,and cake...
Tears started to fall and I had nothing to say
I sat and felt a calm,loving sensation
She made it glorious and held a celebration
Sixteen years I've been here and found
I didn't have much reason to stay
but under her conditions...
you laugh, you smile and your life shall be gay.
I love her with all I got and much more
and next year I wonder whats she got in store.
