Uncertainty

At school your my only subject
your the only person on my mind
I want you to know my world..
And how complicated it is...
maybe then you could see
what you mean to me
And hope I mean the same to you
but as I say hope
doubt follows in the shadows
and as I prepare to ask the question
Doubt jumps out and chokes my words
the words made only for her
the words that are not meant to die
never has this happened
never have I felt so brimful with emotions...
emotions that are shadowed by doubt
Well here I am once again,
debating
If I should put my heart out there
where its defenseless
if I should put my heart on the line
at this problematical time.
At least I got to this point.
