Why'd you have to leave us here
Leave us all behind
Thats the thought
That always crosses my mind

You were such a loving person
and we'll miss you greatly just for that
you told us such great stories
when in your chair you sat

you didn't know how much you were loved
but now we hope you can see
that to us you were our EVERYTHING
and I'm sure everyone will agree

you cared for us all
in a way we'll never forget
you were always there for us
and that we should never be upset

we all hope you happy now
in that beautiful place you've gone
please know that were all OK
through all the pain we've undergone
