Don't Bother

[ .My love life hasn't been going so well lately. This poem is my view on things, I guess you could say. ]

When I shake my head and look away, it's because of what I'm afraid to say.

My friends all know how I feel and it's her I'm ready to kill.

She's there. Always there and you don't seem to care.

Okay so, she was upset, but so was I. Who's side were you at? You don't have to answer that.

We all see you. The way you look at her and ignore me. Maybe we're just not meant to be.

You took my heart and tore it apart. You did it to her once too, but she can back to you.

I was always there. There when you got tired of her. I guess you got tired of me this time...

You're never there anymore, I never see you. I honestly don't know what to do.

Don't bother to pick of the peices of my shattered heart, it'll only hurt me so much worse and I'm not ready for that hearse.

Don't bother to hold my hand, it's something she cannot stand.

Don't bother to be there, I have plenty other people here. Will they be here tomorrow? In a day? In a year?

Don't bother to say your sorry, I don't think I would believe you, it'd be something new.

And you know what? Don't bother to love me anymore, because my heart can't break more than it is now.
