Pain Inside

As these familiar tears run
Down my face again
I try to forget the
pain that I am in
But it's not as easy as you think
Because the pain inside
Is like a missing link
It's all these thoughts running
Through my head
That keeps the pain
Well fed
The dreams turn to nightmares
And reality seems unfair
It feels like no one cares
Why should they?
I mean I am, just a loser
Just another freak
Among the crowd.
