Fragile man

by graeme   Oct 23, 2006

Fragile man. This fits in with the cliche's of oxymorons,
Cold flame, blunt knife, indecisively adamant.
This fragile man is at his lowest when alone,
This man is at his most delicate when he has no need to be tough,
This man is strongest when under pressure.

Fragile man. This doesn't cross a persons mind as plausible,
Walking on water, swimming in stone, breathing gas.
A fragile man who needs to love as equally as he needs to be loved,
A man who wants care as much as he wants to care,
A man who wants to hold in the same way he wants to be held.

Fragile man. This sparks the debate a man or a boy,
In touch with his emotions, big girls blouse, open and honest.
The fragile man wears his heart on his sleeve yet can see others feelings,
The man speaks just as much as he listens,
The man has as much self-pity as he does compassion for others.

Fragile man. This man is me,
Week, lonely, depressed.
I'm the fragile man longing to love and be loved,
I feel disheartened and unwanted,
I want love but can't have it.

Fragile man. This I may be,
Week, lonely, depressed.
This fragile man may be week but one day will be strong,
This man may be lonely but soon will be loved,
This man may be depressed but theres not long untill his happy.

This man may be fragile but saviour is on her way.
