Listen to my heart beat,
Faster as I move.
Closer to the knife,
Tonight my life I may lose.

Synchronize your watches,
To every pound.
My heartbeat grows to such a pace,
Everyone can hear the sound.

It's the sound of endless life,
It's too fast to even hear.
Things are all about to end now,
The pain will no longer sear.

Listen to my heart beat,
Slower as I no longer move.
I'm forever one with the knife,
Because it caused my life to lose.

    Hmm when I read this I can't help but think of my own writing style..I don't know why. if it reminds me of my own, then it means I like it ;) haha.
