The Unforeseen Destruction

by Russ   Oct 24, 2006

The sentiment of regret
That now falls through this strange void
Does now bitterly touch
The scars that winter destroyed
The shadowed empathy
That you share with nature you find
Cries desperately
With sordid tricks on your mind
Through the maelstrom
Which cycles existence surrounds
Devastating you
Exodus preached through these grounds
Yet to strike upon
Your least expected belligerence
Hauls your decent
With melancholic magnificence
And destroys
