I never knew how much i cared until you went away.
I never knew how much i could cry until i saw your tears.
Our laughter was joyous, but it didn't stay, our hearts were filled with sadness.
But then, you couldn't stay.
You said you would miss me and i said i would miss you too.
I meant it in my heart as true as when i said that the sky was blue.
i can remember all the times we shared when we were in grade six.
The memories still stick to me because you were my friend.
