I watched the movie Fargo today.
I was never interested in it though it got great reviews.

I was flipping through the channels
Trying to find something remotely interesting.
(My husband's gone and I get to use the remote.)

I recognized the exaggerated accents and stopped to watch.
Stupid movie, not everyone in the Dakotas sounds Norwegian

Then, I remember when I was in Memphis a year ago.
A taxi driver said with great excitement,
"you sound just like that movie"
"Oh what was it called?"

"Fargo", I deadpanned
"Thats it!' You sound just like that.

I rolled my eyes and said
"ya you betcha"
