The Inner Monster

Are you ready to face another day?
Come on smile, everything will be okay!
Everything will be fine? That's such an inspiring line!
But everything wont be okay, you'll cry again just give it time!

Shut out that voice, it's just your inner fear
But darling you can't shut me out I'm already here!
Put on your clothes, do your hair
My sweet do you think they really care?

My family care for me and my friends
Oh gullible one that soon will end!
Shut out that voice shake your head
Do you think they'd cry if you were dead?

Apply your makeup, smile that smile, ignore that voice, it's full of guile!
Why look your best? You know no one cares, do confess!
Eat your breakfast, get ready to go
Why do you bother? You're such a bore!
And why are you eating that? You're already oh so fat!

Ignore that voice, don't listen to what it has to say
How can you not? I'm with you every day!
You know you're not good enough right?
Don't listen, keep that fear out of sight.

They don't love you, you're not good enough, awwwh sorry dear is this truth so tough?
It isn't truth it's lies, it's the words of the monster we all have inside.

    Wow, this poem was very well written. The Flow was amazing, and the rhymes where great. I do have 2 things to say however, the structure is not ver good, put the lines into stanzas perhaps, and it will make it better structured.

    Also, this line,

    "My family care for me and my friends"

    "Care" Should be changed to Cares

    Other than that wonderful Job. I loved it.

    Ooo. It was random, but well done. =)

    The flow was good for the most part, the rhymes were orginal. No fixes needed here.

    I know that I'm not exactly 100% skinny as I would like to be, but that doesn't stop me from doing things I love. You shouldn't let things get to your head. Just let yourself go. Everyone has a monster in their head. But then again...Everyone has to live with it. If you let it get to you, you'll get nowhere. =) Hope I've been of some help. 5/5 xoxo
