Without ripples

by kelsey   Oct 25, 2006

She walks across the water
ripples barely made
a tormented soul
left like a slave
the saddness in her eyes
the white blade thats in her hand
the longing she feels to leave
lowering to the water
as her flames drenched out
the blade cut at her perfect flesh
as her bloods drained away
her soul was shredded by her demons
their talons ripped at her mind
crippled by the anger that dwells deep inside
a baby lost
a husband found out
and the bruises on her ribs

her blood turns the water
a bath or dark red
she falls back no ripples made
no trace is left behind
no ripples of her exitance
only the blood stained water
that hides its beauty's death
