Love You

Can I say I love you,
If it is really truth?
For all of us have,
Been fooled by such,
As the sweet utterance,
Of those gentle words,
All of us have been,
Hoplessly shattered,
When we find out,
That the rose,
That we were given,
Has not but thorns,
To offer to us,
And I have no doubt,
That you have heard,
Such words, I say before,
For no one ever means,
To kill someone inside,
They just didn't know,
That their words,
Had such power,
But I do, so hear,
Hear me,
When I say,
"I Love You".
