Dear Mr. Superman-

There must have been something
About the way you looked that night
Head slightly tilted to the side
And a hat that shaded your eyes just right.

You didn't even need your cape to fly
And that costume wasn't much of a disguise
So fly into my heart and stay as long as you like
You already thanked me
With those eyes.

And soon you'll get comfortable
To the point of no escape
And that tiny little place in my heart
Is where you will stay.

And then think back
To the hat tilted to the side
And regret ever letting me see
Those beautiful eyes
