Your gone!

Now your friends are telling me its over
well i messed up, and i wish i still had that lucky clover...
to bring back the memories we once had
god i miss those days that weren't so sad...
i could never forget the pain you put me through
but as far as I'm concerned i forgive you for every little thing you do...
i recall a time when i was sitting in my basement trying not to wine
but you and her were so tangled up in my mind...
that i had to just sit, think, and cry
just because i couldn't remember one good time...
that me and you shared, when you used to care..
looking in your eyes smiling with surprise...
seeing a tear run down my face
saying my god this love is a waste..
wishing with all my heart, that we would never fall apart...
but its too late for that, yeah i wish i could go back...
back,back,in the day when me and you had our own way...
cuddling and hugging without a care
knowing that we had each other there...
but now all that seems so blurry
i remember one thing, and that was worry...
i was so scared to loose you..
but that day has come
and now we cant share our gum...
seconds fly by, minutes soon arrive..
then theres those hours that turn into days...
days are followed by weeks
and then those months that have some leeks...
by that time you realize its turning into years..
years where we fall apart, and years where it gets dark...
then you soon see nothing but a shadow
that follows you around day by day in the meadow...
knowing that your by yourself
and you have lost that someone else...
life goes on, and its only gonna make you strong...
so live it long and life it good
just because you know you should!
