Fly Away

by Rachel   Oct 27, 2006

Very soon I will fly away.
Spread my wings and soar with freedom
to a place where happiness is in abundance.
Where I can see the children laugh and play.
Surrounded by warmth in a blanket of light,
with glowing angels at my side
who lift me to my feet when I fall.
No more hardships, torture or pain,
only sunshine and radiant smiles.
If this was possible here on earth
I would change my life now, today.
But soon I will breathe easy, I have found another way.
