Hold me close and hold me tight
every day and every night
Never leave me, never depart
Stay real close and listen to my heart
It's saying "I love you so much" (as you already know)
It's saying " I've got you and wont ever let you go"
It's saying "You're the one for me, as you can see"
It's saying "I want you to get on one knee"
Ask me to marry you and see what I say
My answer to you will be "I do" and "I have been waiting every day!"
Thomas-Lee, I love you and I give you my heart,
So please never leave me, never depart.

    What a sweet, loving piece. My favorite part was when you made it very personal by adding his name, I think thats a great strategy in poetry for making it very sentimental and unique. Excellent job!
