How was I supposed to know
that you were slowly turning?
I never saw it creeping up
so alone i kept on yearning

You were there not caring
while i was here still loving you
it happened all so suddenly
what was i supposed to do?

How can you make the decision
that completely ruins my life
you took my heart and ripped it out
you should have used a knife

It hurt so bad the day i found out
but really i was blind

now its really over
and i don't know what to say
i really was quite surprised
but i guess ill be OK
