How senseless we feel for the war in Iraq
The loved ones we\'ve lost we can\'t bring back,
They fight among themselves and we intervene,
These people are hateful, heartless, rotten an mean;
Let our president send one of his kids over there,
And see how quick he says it just isn\'t fair.
It\'s so sad and such a shame,
With out them in our lives we\'ll never be the same.
We have our pictures an our memories too,
But whose going to stop our heartaches an feeling blue;
We know their with God-NO doubt in mind,
As we reminess their life it\'s not hard to find.
God Bless the ones that lost their life,
Leaving behind their children, husband or wife.
An the heartaches all the parents go through
Along with all their sybilings too.
And for the ones on the list waiting to go to Iraq,
No guarantees they will ever come back.
So we sit and we wonder and we wait,
To heck with those people in Kuwait
They fight among themselves with our loved ones over there,
They blow up their babies they just don\'t care.
How senseless we feel for the ones in Iraq,
To heck with those people bring our loved ones back.
And for our troop who are still over there,
I am one of many Americans very proud and truly care.
