Once you

by loves lost angel   Oct 30, 2006

Once you know my memories
then you can judge me
once you know why
then you can mock me

once you do look at my wrists
and see the blood dripping down
then you can force my smile
when all i do is frown

once you look in my eyes
and see all th pain
then you can tell me i am mental
and sick in the brain

once you know why i am dead
no longer living on the inside
then you can tell me to run away
and let my true feelings hide

once you know who died
because he was given the gun
you can tell me to move on
he is only one

once you know why
she cut her wrist so deep
can you tell me to get over it
before the blood begins to seep

once you know who it was
that got hit by the car
can you call me a loser
because of all my scars

once you know they were
the only ones who understood
will you realize why i would die
if i surely could

once you know who waits for me
beyond the big blue sky
can you wipe my tears
when i start to cry

once you know why i break down
whenever i hear that song
can you tell me you understand
why life treats me so wrong

once you watch your best friend die
can you tell me it will all be okay
once you see it i am not happy
can you say there is always another day

once you realize this pain
will never leave me alone
will you realize why i cut
hoping the pain is gone

once you realize who i am
and what i have gone through
can you tell me you're gone
i am not worth you

I love the message of your poem, mostly because I think the same way as you do.

You shouldn't judge someone because you don't know what they have been through, and if you were in their place you would probably do the same thing.

I hope you're feeling better, and if you need anything, let me know. =)

    Keep writing.

    Good job!
