Waste of time?

I miss you more than anything.
More than food,
friends,
or my cat.
But do you think about me too?
I've never thought about that.

I walk through shops and
along the busy streets,
skipping from face to face,
but when I stop and really think,
I long for your embrace.

I would never cheat or
put you down,
you charmed me, being so cool
But i look back on what we were
and realize i was the fool.

You never really took the time
only when it suited you
I know you have your problems but did you forget about mine too?
