Close to you

I always wanted to be close to you
since the day when i laid my eyes on you
leaning up against a car as we suddenly made eye contact
you had a sparkel in your eyes and with your words it took my breath away
im trying to find a way to get you to notice me
but i feel like you would look down and reject me
sometimes i often ask myself why i cant find the words to say
silently im watching you and i notice you know it too
but i try to find the day when i can finally get close to you

    I wrote this poem about this boy i have a crush on....but im afraid of rejection i know i need to overcome that because i cant keep running 4rm it but i just dont know how and i know he knows i like him but i want him to hear it out of my mouth and also i have low self esteem...i dont know!!!
