Let go

This poem is written on behalf of, Satine|The|Courtisan

What happened to 'life goes on'?

What will happen, once I'm gone?

Goes to show you what they teach,

Isn't exactly, correct to preach.

Nine months to live,

Twelve years old,

Life is cruel,

Death is cold.

Sorrow, my fate,

Don't capture me,

In the end,

I'll be free..

Free from the hate

The lies,

The weight of life,

Holding faith.

Be my protector,

Be my friend,

Be my guidance,

Until the end.

Show me life,

Show me love,

Show me you care,

And I'll watch from above.

The evening shimmers,

Light will fade,

I will be bold.

I will hold on

And never let go.

Let me go,

When it's time,

You will know,

Light will shine.

I will leave you in peace of mind,

Always love you,

Never leave you behind.

Be there for me at that final time.

And I'll be with you...

Until.....

You're mine....
