Memories, memories
we all have our memories
some are good & some are bad
some come back to haunt us

we love to share them
with that special someone
we hate to let some go
we wish that some
would never end

especially those memories
we've had together
we've had good & bad memories
that do not disappear

i wish that our memories
did not have to end
our memories we're mostly good
but some were bad as well

some of our memories
i will never forget
but other memories are
best forgotten & left in the past
