She was feeling faint as she waited for his answer
Then her worst nightmare came true
He didnâ??t want her anymore
It felt like the whole world was closing in on her
She was broken into pieces
Her vision went blurry as the tears started too spill down her red cheeks
She didnâ??t want anyone to see her like this so she ran out the back door
Ran to the parkâ?¦ so she could scream out the cries of her broken heart
Cars drove past her as she ran in agony
But the rain was coming down so hard that no one could tell she was crying
Her face was a mess.
Her mascara was smudged down her cheeks
It looked as if she was crying black tears
The sun was setting and the sky was dark
Thunder and lightning came crashing down
Still she sat alone on that red bench
Crying till she could cry no more
She searched the muddy grass for a piece of broken glass
Something she could use to create pain to distract her from the burning heartache growing inside her
All she found was the tiny pieces left of her broken heart
