Wonderfully penned! I think the last line in the first stanza should be changed to: That I'm ready to HAVE revealed. Also, in the last line of the second stanza, i think you should write: But I never knew that day would -SOMETHING- come. "I did cry THAT day they played our song." Finally, I think the last line should be re-worded. Other than those few minor things, I really liked this poem and it had so much emotion in it! Keep it up!
