Every night I lay a sleep
Thinking about you
And when we can meet

Warmth from your hugs
Hand in Hand
Kiss to the lips
And an "I love you"

I dream of us together
All the things we'll do
Wondering your reaction
For the first time, I see you.

I love you
oh so very much
Liz, you are my everything

My love
My life
My joy and pride

Without you babe
I'd fall apart
I wouldn't know
what to do

Except say, I Love You

    I really like this poem. It was so sweet and a very heartfelt write. The last line of the poem really brought it all together and gave it a very nice ending. And I really liked the second stanza, the way that you described everything in that was very sweet and gave a nice visual of love and compassion. You did a great job on this poem.
