Menagerie

Screaming
Cursing
Subdued silence
Weeping
The ploys
That she set
Just lost on its bet
Stop the escaping
Heartaches prevailing
We're standing at the point
Of no return
In the corner of my mind
Plunged in acetaldehyde
The memories that freely lingers
The last thing I can remember
That someday somehow
You'll be here next to me now
You're the morphine that sedated my senses
Stop believing
There is no meaning
Guess I'll just sit here on this chair
Shamefully regretting an old, sad, love affair
Nobody cares...
