Different

by Madison   Nov 5, 2006

Every light in the town turns on as a sound travels through the air...
A cry of the ones forgotten.
The ones that are placed in the corner of the rooms kept away from the rest of the world.
Because we are different from the rest of you, we believe in different things then you do.

You point your finger and make up lies, but tonight you here our cries..

We are done being picked on, harassed taunted and all the other shit.

But one cry stands out the most. It is the voice of a girl singled out and forgotten..She yells to god"Why me?"
And then another voice and another until it sounds as one smooth melody telling the world of how we feel.

But now i raise above the crowd yelling at you all.. "Stay away from me! Stop laughing! Leave me alone! I hate this world i hate you all!"

A single shot fired to my head, blood on the walls words written in red, of all the things everyone has said.

The night falls into a deep silence, nothing is seen nothing is heard, and nobody notices the writing on the wall written in red

"JUST BECAUSE I'M DIFFERENT DOESN'T MEAN I DON'T BELONG!!"
