Lost frienship

by livingwith   Nov 5, 2006

I left her side
With her long blond hair, her soft eyes
I left her side

I found something and had it all... By my side
Friendship: of love, to give , to keep, happiness, tears
It was wonderful
And I left her side

In selfish needs
I was no longer happy, tears fell, behind a smiling voice
a laugh, a smirk
I tried, I'm sorry
I left your side

I don't ask for forgiveness
No open arms
No more words

I left your side
Left our friendship to die
I wish it so
I wish it not

I fight to deny the love
Because I love you
And I hide behind my strength
For I am weak
I left your side
And deny my love to you
For I wish to live another day
And I'll kill my self as I say
" If I loved you... how could I hurt you in such a way"

I left her side
With her long blond hair and soft eyes
The friend that gave and gave, and I held
And gave strength
Her tears, she gave away happiness
To see me smile
TO give me that gift, and I left
I left her side, when all she did was love me
She left bliss, and paradise
When all it asked was my leave
And I left, left our friendship to die

I asked for no forgiveness
I deserve none

I left her side, and somehow thought it was right
