A friendship gone wrong
It's easy enough to understand
It's long gone from when it was strong
But maybe it was planned

Maybe we just grew apart
Even though we used to be so close
Maybe being so close wasn't very smart
Well, anyway, this blows

We used to talk all the time
But then you had to go and move away
It was, to my heart, one big crime
But you're here today

Just one problem we have now
We hardly talk to each other
It's like wow
You used to be like a brother

I want to go back to the times like that
But it will never happen again
We used to give each other little pats
But now that'd cause to much pain
