This Girl...

This girl I know, this girl of mine
is the reason why, my sun shines
this girl is what makes the sun glow
I'm in love with her, she knows

She's why I wake up every day
without her, I'd be wordless to say
behind all of my thoughts she resides
when I'm with her my heart glides

Being with her makes me wanna fly
knowing I'm her one and only guy
her arms and mine around each other
this love is felt, by select few others

We stare into each others eyes
knowing that we tell each other no lies
hips pressed together, fingers intertwined
since May 21st 2005, this girl has been mine

I'm so proud to say, this girl is mine
our love will last, until the end of time
I never tire of hearing that special phrase
"I Love You", into each others eyes we gaze

She's smart, beautiful, caring and kind
this girl of mine, is such a wonderful find
I'm the luckiest guy to have ever been
she's my only reason to keep on living

Our love binds us, now and forever ever
a perfect picture, is the two of us together
I love her, and she loves me, you all see
You're probably all wondering her name
it's Becky...

    Becky is such a lucky girl to have someone writing such beautiful and heart wrenching things about her. She must be your light. Amazing what love can do to one's writing, and soul.
