Dying in my Hate

by Michael   Nov 6, 2006

Stab you with the words from my pen
Steal you from the depths of your sin
Sell you to the gates of the pit
Your refuge the lies of your own skin

Kiss you with the lips of my hate
Drown you with the tears of my fate
Hold you with the arms of old age
Your shelter the memories of love it's too late

Clutching your hands while I watch your lungs drown
I will lift you back up only to see frown
I am driving far away
I am dying in my hate

Breaking my fists against your tattered tomb
I am slitting my wrists in the dark of your room
I am crying, "let me stay"
I am dying in my hate
