Coffee junkie

by Endura Blue   Nov 6, 2006

How do I only,
Cope with the lonely,
Modernized people,
Of today?

I'm fried and I'm worn out,
Hopped up on coffee,
How do you even,
Understand what I say?

I got to keep moving,
My energy's loosing,
If I hold still,
I might just pass out,

Keep your legs walking,
Tell your mind no stopping,
This is what college days,
Are all about,

One shot, two shot,
Three shot, four,
Another double espresso,
Don't hit the floor,

Now your days done,
And yet your still spun,
The after crash is coming,
This time you wont win,

Your energy dies,
You close your eyes,
You fall asleep knowing,
The next day you'll have to do it again,

You wake up unwilling,
To one shot, two shot,
Three shot four,
Double espresso,
And then out the door.
