Worn down...

Worn down with the weight of woeful thinking,
All hope lost with the light of day,
Locked in cold thought he stands blinking,
Opposite evils, the fire of hate consumes,
The strike of pain sends him tinkering,
On a path to which there is no end.

A temple inside, cut down by ones own hand,
For he can not strike any demons but his own,
He must stay white winged , in command,
For he knows what lays inside ones mind,
Terrible anger and furious wrath do demand,
For the scales to be balanced with cruel blows.

With weary eyes he watches life pass by,
Solitary in his understanding of being,
Black vultures crave the end be nigh ,
Ignorance and denial blind the fickle,
He alone sees the infinite supply,
Pain, misery, injustice, loneliness.

Friends not know how deep the madness goes,
With Greek deception feelings hidden,
Evil thoughts inside continue to cause woes,
Alone he must face himself,
Bittersweet resentment echoes,
Unforgiving is the game of life.

Dreams of painted life all but remain,
A serpents offering of what could be,
The sight drives him all but insane,
He craves the leading life of others,
Whilst his happiness does but wane,
Still, one accepts his minds contain.

Fearful of the eternal future,
To live a life alone is not to live,
Fearful to die alone in slumber,
True happiness lost,
Fearful of being all but a hater,
Death poisoning his mind.
