Save me from the Mistake!

Self realisation,
Of the implication,
That I hate to admit,
But the pictures condtradict.
Why has it become this way?

Left to die inside,
So desperately I have tried,
To correct what has become,
But I can't change what has been done.
Crying here; am I the only one?
Look at me before I fade away,
To nothing but a memory of yesterday.
Help me before it's to late,
And I can no longer correct the mistake!

The screams burn into my flesh and brain,
And I can't handle the overwhelming pain.
Why has it become this way,
Why am I the one to have to pay?!

Comprehending the complication,
Maybe I should accept the confrontation.
Hollow and alone,
Forever on my own.
Questions with no answers plague my mind,
And I have slowly slipped away from time..

Remembrance of the forgotten past,
And trying to understand how long I can last.
Truth and the lies the shadow's diguise,
And the weakened butterfly slowly cries.
