May I love you tonight

Why oh why is the ocean so blue, the sun is yellow, the sky is light blue, the clouds are white and fires are bright but at the moment I don't care because I'm with you tonight.

To watch you smile, to see you talk, that's all I care about tonight. To cuddle you tight to kiss your sweet lips to be able to be with you, is more then light.

More then the sun or the dark blue ocean at night, or the stars that shine bright into the beautiful sky at night.

You are the one and only who I wish to spend my night, my beautiful angel, you've traveled so far from the sky to shine your light.

You have made me the happiest person alive. I'm sorry for anything I have ever done to make you upset or down with no more fight.

You know I never mean it to spoil our night; I love you so much more then I thought I could ever love someone.

And yes I do get scared when you go to school, shopping or anywhere else, I just want to know that my girl is alright.

If anyone was to hurt you, I would repay them. Even for me to give my life to save you, I would not think twice.

If I lost you it would be time to end my life. What's the point of going on without your special shinning light?

The one who loves and cares for you so much. If I was dieing there would be no reason to fight.

I would just let God come and take me into the night, just to be with you the love of my life.
