about death
I WALKED INTO THE OPEN DOOR, EVERYTHING TURNED UPSIDE,ALL, I SCREAM, I WEEP, FOR I CANT FIND MY DAUGHTER, FOR SHE HASN'T BEEN HERE AFTER THIS DISASTER, I LEFT HER ASLEEP, MAYBE SHE IS DEAD, MAYBE INSTEAD, SHE HASN'T EATEN, A DAY OR TWO WHO KNEW. AFTER 24 HOURS, MISSING! I CANT BELIEVE THIS, EVERY CHANNEL EVERY NEWS ARTICLE, EVERY MOMENT, SHE IS WITH NO MAN, WHO CAN KEEP HER SAFE, MAYBE SHE IS DEAD, MISSING, MISSING PERSON AT THIS MOMENT. |
Wow at first the setup of this poem caught me off guard but its a very sharp, touching poem, good job! |
