We've known each other for a few months,
But I wish I knew you for more,
Cause your the best thing I've ever had in my life,

I'm not in love,
But god I reckon I'm close!
Lets just say one thing,
We give friendship a loving dose :)
But, theres just one question,
And the only one it will ever be,
Cause this ones most puzzling...
Why'd you choose me?
Is it because I wanna treat you right?
Be there for you when your darkness needs light?
Hold you close when the chips are Down n?
Or magical make a smile out of a frown?
I want to be there for you,
I want to make it work,
But am I screwing it up in the process?
Cause I feel I'm becoming a jerk!
No-ones ever been as kind to me as you,
Nobody's ever made me feel good like you do,
But this distance is tearing us apart,
and we'll both end up with a broken heart.
So, I write this poem for you,
in hopes I might get a reply,
Cause I long for the day,
that I can look you in the eye.
